Specifications - This home is constructed on a steel frame with pushed steel piers which extend all the way to rock. These are not to be confused with drilled piers which may only extend to a specified depth. The house is framed as a traditional style pier and beam home with all the advantages of a crawl space and none of the disadvantages of a concrete slab.
